The hotel is located in a nice residential area, close to some restaurants and the town square. It provides a great value for money with basic amenities and rooms with a big bed. The staff is friendly and attentive, and attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. The breakfast is satisfactory with a decent selection of options.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the city center. the rooms are well decorated, with each room having its own unique theme. the bathrooms are spacious and provide all necessary amenities. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the breakfast, though limited in choices, is tasty and made to order. the hotel also offers fast and reliable wifi, perfect for staying connected during the trip.

The hotel lacks a restaurant, which may be inconvenient who prefer dining on-site.

Not all the staff speak english

Its a small hotel with authenitic Javanese style. From the reception and breakfast room you walk to an open patio with plants, flowers and fish pond. The rooms are located around this patio, both on the ground floor and 1st floor level. The general areas and rooms are in a good condition and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For breakfast you can either choose Asian or Western food. Asian dishes look good and are tasteful. The standard western breakfast is limited toast with jam and cheese. However a boiled or fried egg is provided on request (free of charge).

Hotel is a little far from the scene (city center and sightseeing places) for Yogya standards, approx 15 minutes ride. Bathroom is spacious but the shower is pretty poor because you have to stand against the wall to catch some water. When you take a shower later in the morning you may end up having cold water. Hotel claims to have spa facilities, but in fact these services are called in from external sources ?! Laundry has to be provided either in the evening or eary in the morning otherwise service requires over 24 hours.

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean, with a beautiful garden and fish pond. the staff is friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded our room for no extra charge. the location is quiet and away from main roads, providing a peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms had a strong smell, particularly of mold. the first room we were given was nothing like the photos, and even the second room had the same unpleasant smell.

The design of the hotel is very unique. The room is clean&the interior unique and have modern facilities. The food is delicious. The price also reasonable.

The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. They provided a smooth check-in and check-out process. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good facilities and amenities. I especially loved the beautiful garden and fish pond, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. Compared to other places I've stayed, the prices here were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-kept reception area to the clean and comfortable rooms with big beds, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in a residential area, it offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was delicious. I particularly enjoyed taking breakfast on the balcony-like area next to the rooster's cage.
